Orders

You will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours of placing your order, if you do not receive this please call us to check the status of the order.

Our primary method of contact for matters regarding orders will be via the email address provided on your order, so if you have any enquiries please check your emails first as we may have previously tried to contact you.

Orders where 'Cheque' is selected as the payment option will not be despatched until all payment(s) relating to the order are received.

Orders received after 3pm are not eligible for Next Day delivery, and will be despatched the following working day.

If you have selected Standard Delivery, you will normally receive your order within 7 days.
