Browse the site and select the products you require by clicking on the
‘Add to Basket’ button. Then either continue shopping or proceed
to the checkout. Once in the checkout you will be asked to supply your
delivery and payment details before finally confirming your order.
Upon receipt of your order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation
with an order summary. If there are any problems with your order you will
be contacted by a member of staff usually within 48 hours.
If the items you have ordered are in stock they will usually be despatched
by the end of the next working day on which you ordered them. The items
will be despatched as per your requested delivery option of next working
day or 3 working days.
Overseas orders are welcome but delivery will be subject to additional
charges dependent upon country of purchase and weight of goods ordered.

If you try to checkout or add an item to your ‘Wish List’
you will be prompted to complete a simple registration form. Once you
have registered, the site will remember your details every time you return
and login to the site.
Every time you login to the site you will go to a page displaying your
details. The same page can be viewed at anytime by clicking the ‘My
Account’ button at the top of the page. To alter your details simply
make the changes to this page and click the ‘Update’ button.
Click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link below the customer
login box and follow the instructions. A new password will be sent to
the email address you used to register.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you are still unsure about
sending your credit or debit card details over the Internet, simply select
the phone/fax option, leave the card section blank and a member of staff
will phone you for the number and expiry date. Alternatively you can phone
your order on 0121 344 3333 or send a cheque with you order to Fosters
of Birmingham, Unit K, Moor Lane, Witton, Birmingham, B6 7HH.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on the website.
Yes, a VAT receipt will be despatched along with your goods.

We try our utmost to ensure every order is despatched correctly and promptly
however if the items you receive are incorrect or damaged on arrival you
are entitled to a full refund or replacement free of charge. Please call
our Customer Service team on 0121 344 3333, from 9am to 6pm Monday to
Saturday.
Unwanted items that are correctly ordered and despatched can be returned
for exchange within 14 days.
