UK Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands)

All orders of high value or over 5kgs are despatched via UPS on a 24 hour delivery service. The standard cost for delivery is £8.00 for most items. Occasionally, certain items may exceed the maximum volume permitted and will be charged a bulk handling rate which will be calculated before despatch. Smaller items will be despatched via Royal Mail First Class Signed For, and the postage rate charged will be £5.00. Generally, orders received after 3pm will be despatched the next working day, however we endeavour to send items as soon as possible. If you select the free 'Gift Voucher Postage' option for orders other than gift vouchers, then the full £8.00 delivery rate will be charged to your card, regardless of what items you order.

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and UK Islands:

Postage will be via Royal Mail wherever possible to keep the cost down, but on all occasions it will be calculated prior to despatch and the cost will be advised to you.

International Orders

Again, where possible we will use Royal Mail International Signed For, but please contact us before ordering with your full address so an accurate shipping quote can be obtained. Outside the EU, local customs charges may be payable & we cannot be responsible for these.

Returns & Refunds

We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Postage refunds will not be issued in such circumstances. if we have made an error with your order, we will rectify it as soon as possible and cover the cost of any postage. Please call us before returning any goods. Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage within 24 hours. If an item has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as we can. If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us along with a short note consisting of your name, address, a contact telephone number and explaining the circumstances of the damage. Generally, items must be inspected by a manufacturer's representative before any replacements can be issued.

Posted Orders with Cheques

Whenever you send an order to us, please always remember to provide your name, address and a contact telephone number, along with a list of the items you want to order. We invariably receive one or two envelopes per week with just cheques and no other information in!

Delivery Addresses

It is our policy, in the interests of fraud prevention to despatch all mail orders paid with credit or debit cards from first time customers and ALL finance applications, regardless of whether the first or not to the registered cardholder’s address. If our processing software fails to match the address provided, we may require a physical proof of address before despatching any order. We will be happy to despatch subsequent orders to separate delivery addresses.
