All orders are despatched via APC, unless you have requested Royal Mail delivery in the customer notes section of the ordering page. Please note, Royal Mail delivery is not available for orders over 2kg in weight or larger than the current Royal Mail guidelines for 'Small Parcels'. Occasionally, certain items may exceed the maximum volume permitted and will be charged a bulk handling rate which will be calculated before despatch. Generally, orders received after 3pm or on Saturdays will be despatched the next working day, however we endeavour to send items as soon as possible. Saturday delivery is available at a premium, please select the 'Saturday Delivery' option in the checkout for the latest price, however please be advised that this service is not available to all areas and does not offer a guarantee of delivery on that day. If you select the free 'Gift Voucher Postage' option for orders other than gift vouchers, then the full £8.00 delivery rate will be charged to your card, regardless of what items you order.

Returns & Refunds
We are more than happy to exchange any unwanted items, provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Postage refunds will not be issued in such circumstances. if we have made an error with your order, we will rectify it as soon as possible and cover the cost of any postage. Please call us before returning any goods. Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage within 24 hours. If an item has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as we can. If an item has broken in normal use and it is within its warranty period, it must be returned to us along with a short note consisting of your name, address, a contact telephone number and explaining the circumstances of the damage. Generally, items must be inspected by a manufacturer's representative before any replacements can be issued.
Posted Orders with Cheques
Whenever you send an order to us, please always remember to provide your name, address and a contact telephone number, along with a list of the items you want to order. We invariably receive one or two envelopes per week with just cheques and no other information in!
It is our policy, in the interests of fraud prevention to despatch all mail orders paid with credit or debit cards from first time customers and ALL finance applications, regardless of whether the first or not to the registered cardholder’s address. If our processing software fails to match the address provided, we may require a physical proof of address before despatching any order. We will be happy to despatch subsequent orders to separate delivery addresses provided our security criteria are met.
