Designed, developed and used by Neil Mackellow. A combination of Neil’s vast experience and Penn engineers expertise in design and materials working in perfect harmony. Casting three baited hooks and 6oz of lead a long way, while retaining bait presentation is a tall order for a rod. But that is what many match anglers demand. All from a low diameter blank with a fine tip and able to do it with a number of casting styles.
